Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. If you need to make achange or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate yourrequest, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery timesmay vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number through your email confirmation. Pleaseallow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused,and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage,washing, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and quality purposes, certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Saleitems cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange, please contact DreamFly within 7 days of receiving your order. Pleaseinclude your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide the next steps for completingyour return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
